This fund supports travel and other expenses associated with developing Wine Country Writing, the department's newest field reporting course that focuses on wine writing in current U.S. culture. Informing the public about issues related to all aspects of food production is essential to improving our quality of life and preserving our environment. The courses in our food and Wine Track are designed to develop communicators who can fill that void.
