The Women in Engineering Center (WIE) at the University of Missouri serves as the central location for activities that support the recruitment of female students into the College of Engineering and their retention until an engineering degree is received.
WIE works to recruit students into the college and promotes a welcoming and nurturing climate throughout their academic careers, providing services to enhance their experiences and coordinating with other academic units and with campus and system initiatives to provide the most effective services.
